FAGAN Lori Dianne (nee Anderson) April 17, 1959-August 8, 2007 Lori Dianne Fagan (nee Anderson) passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 8, 2007 at the Rockyview General Hospital in Calgary, at the age of 48 years. Lori was born in Calgary on April 17,1959 to Doreen and Floyd, she was raised in Red Deer, AB where she was well known in the community as a gifted and dedicated figure skater. Lori won countless competitions, including provincial titles and a bronze at the Canada Winter Games. When she retired from competition, Lori taught figure skating for many years. She always joked that she would be buried with her skates on. For the last 20 years Lori lived in Calgary where she was a strong presence in the fitness and hockey community. Lori's strength on the ice and off will always be remembered. Lori is survived and lovingly remembered by her five children, Kaysi 23; Sean 21; Coltan 16; Brendan 16; Grady 14; her siblings, Lynn (Greg), and Jeff (Julie); parents Doreen and Floyd; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends. A Celebration of Lori's Life will be held at the Cochrane Alliance Church (902 Glenbow Drive) on Monday, August 13, 2007 at 3:30 p.m. A private family Graveside will be held at the Alto Reste Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Red Deer, AB. the following day.
