On Tuesday, January 3, 2017 Lorna passed away at the age of 69. She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Colin Arthur. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her children David (Heather) Arthur and Kimberley (Robert) Knull. Grandchildren Steven and Michael Arthur, Jessica and Kristen Knull; brothers Don (Diane) Frizzell, Vernon (Glenda) Frizzell, George (late Pauline) Frizzell, Warren (Carol) Frizzell and Roger (Gloria) Frizzell; brother in law Brian (Paula) Arthur; as well as her best friend Shelly (Nelson) Brinson.Thank you to Cheryl and the nurses on Unit 23 of the Red Deer Hospital. A heartfelt thank you to the nursing staff and Dr. Thain on Unit 32. Your kindness, compassion and care were exceptional! A special thank you to Dr. Mah for your care during Moms illness. Shelly, you are the most amazing friend anyone could ever hope for. We are so grateful for your love and support. At Moms request, there will be no memorial service. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Ronald McDonald House Charities Southern & Central Alberta.
