ROBERTSON, Lucy Marie May 29, 1929 - July 1, 2007 Lucy passed away surrounded by the love of her family. She is lovingly remembered by her children, Spence Robertson, Brian (Michelle) Robertson, Cliff (MaryLyne) Robertson, Marylou (Randy) Speelman, Myrtle (Wayne) Sharp; grandchildren, Russell, Carrie, Tyler, Jen, Ben, Drew, Jason, Jack and Lana and 5 great grandchildren. Lucy will be missed by brothers, Bob (Edna) Smithies, Bill (Mable) Smithies and Vic Smithies; sister Anne (Orv) Laukehaus and sister-in-law Evelyn Smithies and many nieces, nephews and friends. Lucy was predeceased by her husband Alfred. Lucy was born in Elnora and met her husband, Alfred from Delburne. She and Alf moved to Yellowknife, NT, where they started their family. Retirement brought them back to Delburne, where they have resided for many years. Lucy's strength and love of life has taken her through many difficult times and brought her a wealth of family and friends. She will be sadly missed by many. The family would like to extend their thanks, for the caring and compassion of the doctors and nurses of Unit 33 at the Red Deer Hospital. Also many thanks to Butch and Florence Robertson, Sandy Paradon, Bob and Edna Smithies, Bob and Helene Manning and Doris Hovey for their extra love and care of Lucy.
