HUSEBY Margaret "Jean" Jean went to be with her blessed Saviour on January 30, 2008 at the age of 78 years, surrounded by her family. She went as she wished in the peace and comfort of her precious Lord. Jean was born November 1st, 1929 in Telkwa, BC., to George and Janet Reynolds. As a young family they moved around BC eventually settling in Salmon Arm, Jean met Charlie and they were married on September 1st, 1948. She worked at the Lacombe Hospital as a ward aide. She especially enjoyed working with the new mothers in the labor and delivery. She then moved on to Lacombe County Bus Lines. She took great pleasure in her time as a bus driver and enjoyed her many hours with the children. She enjoyed meeting them in later years to hear of their successes and their growth. Predeceased by her husband, Charlie in December, 2003, her son, Kenneth and her parents, and son-in-law Herbert Dyck. She is survived by her loving family, three sons, Bud (Carol) Huseby, Gerald (Robbin) Huseby and Peter Fraser; five daughters, Darlene (Jerry) Zadko, Joan (John) Stock, Janet (Paul) Kirkaldy, Wyona (Bradley) Sargent, Lisa Ten Hove and partner, Benjamin Moore, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; her brother, Ted (Marina) Reynolds; sisters, Phyllis Spencer and Kathy Gorse; as well as many nieces and nephew and furry companion "Peanuts". Funeral services will be held from Wilson’s Funeral Chapel 6120 Highway 2A Lacombe on Saturday February 2, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. Cremation entrusted to Wilson’s Funeral Chapel and Crematorium. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Lacombe Palliative Care Society, Box 5576, Lacombe, AB T4L 1X2.
