FRIZZELL, Margaret Patricia

Mom died August 25, 2017 Red Deer Alberta, very early in the morning, surrounded by the love of her family. She did like an early start to her journeys.

Mom was born May 30, 1914 to Elias and Jean Kyllingstad on a family farm close to Carmangay, Alberta

She is survived by son Robin and his wife Bernice, daughter Shauna and husband Bob, seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Mom was predeceased by her son, our brother Dennis in 1996 and by our father Gordon, in 2005.

Mom's values and strength of character were greatly influenced by her prairie childhood. The beauty of that land, and her extended family's love and support stayed with her all her long life.

Mom, attended the University of Toronto Dental Nursing Program working for the Edmonton School Board's Childrens Clinic prior to marrying and starting her family. She and Dad had several businesses in Red Deer including Frizzell's Building Moving, Frizzell's Trailer City, and an Oilfield Supply Business.

Mom was a successful businesswoman, and in retirement she followed the world of business, investing and politics on her elegant IMac.

The family would like to thank the Revera staff for their thoughtful love and care of Mom, and to Dr. Odendaal for his care and assistance this last year.

Memorial service to be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, Ross Street, Red Deer, Alberta on Sept 11, 2017, 11 AM.
