PROUDFOOT Margaret 1920 - 2007 Margaret Proudfoot was born March 22, 1920 in Campbelltown, Scotland and passed away April 15, 2007 in Rimbey, Alberta. Margaret immigrated to Canada in 1928 with her parents, three sisters and six brothers. They settled in the Lincoln District northwest of Lacombe. She married Cecil Proudfoot in 1942 and they farmed in the Spruceville District. Margaret later worked at the Rimbey Hospital for several years. She was predeceased by six brothers, two sisters and leaves to mourn one sister, Flora Dewar of Vancouver, BC and several nephews and nieces. Funeral Services will be held from Wilson's Funeral Chapel, 6120 Highway 2A, Lacombe, Alberta on Friday, April 20, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow in the Lacombe Fairview Cemetery.
