ANDERSON Marian Adeline Anderson of Olds passed away after a difficult battle with cancer on Saturday, September 16, 2006 at the Olds Hospital. She will be greatly missed by her beloved family - her husband of 48 years Allan Anderson; her son Glen (Linda) Anderson and their children Gregory, Blake (Carolyn) and Alisha, all of Olds; son Dennis (Linda) and their children Travis and Dallas, of Olds; and her daughter Shelley (Troy) Tyson and their children McKenna and Madison, also of Olds. Marian was born on June 28, 1936 in Morden, MB. She was the youngest of eight children. Marian was predeceased by her father Clarence Rudd in 1975 and her mother Greta in 1993. She also leaves to mourn her brothers - Ray (Marg) Rudd of Manitou, MB; Gord (Kay) Rudd of Calgary, AB; Norm (Gail) Rudd of Manitou, MB; Chet (Betty) Rudd of Snow Lake, MB; Gary (Kay) Rudd of Calgary, AB - and sisters Ev Rudd of Morden, MB and Merle (Jim) Laidlaw of OK Falls, BC. She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews that were all very dear to her heart. Marian's strength, determination and love of life will be missed by all that knew her; we ask that you attend a Celebration of her life on Friday, September 22, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #105, Olds, AB with Jacquie Hoare officiating.
