HILLER Mark (Sheldon) The families of Mark Hiller are sad to announce his sudden passing on April 17, 2008 at the age of 46. Mark was born June 26, 1961 in Bassano, Alberta and was raised on the family farm with his brothers. He developed an affinity for woodworking and enjoyed playing hockey and baseball. Mark resided in Red Deer for the past 13 years where he worked, developed friendships and cheered on his favorite hockey team, the Calgary Flames. An avid "Trekkie", Mark had a kind spirit and was quick to laugh. He loved spending time with his numerous nieces and nephews. Mark leaves to mourn 3 brothers and their families; Roger and Cathy, Jack and Nancy and Manville and Karen. Predeceased by his parents, Emil and Francis, a brother Emil Frances and his former wife, Laura (Dickson). Services will be held on Saturday, April 26 at 1:00 p.m. at Parkland Funeral Home. A service will also be held on Monday April 28 at the Lutheran Church in Hussar, Alberta at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SPCA or The World Wildlife Fund.
