McCLYMONT Robert John “Chip” McClymont, beloved father of Heather Leigh McClymont of Winfield, Alberta, and son of John and Audrey McClymont of Lakeland, Florida, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2005 at the Red Deer Hospice, after a long battle with cancer. Chip was born in Sarnia, Ontario and attended King George and Northern High Schools there. He completed High School in Hixson, Tennessee, before returning to Sarnia and has been an Alberta resident for twenty-two years. Chip established a Landscape Design Business in Red Deer and was an active volunteer for Loaves & Fishes and the Food Bank for many years. He is also survived by one brother, Jim of Stow, Ohio, two sisters; Cathy Warley of Melbourne, Australia and Leslie Landi of Columbus, Georgia. A Memorial Service in celebration of Chip’s life will be held at Loaves and Fishes (6002 – 54 Avenue) on Thursday, December 23, 2005 at 1:00 pm with his close friend Reverend Gerry Hunt officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Loaves and Fishes (6002-54 Ave, Red Deer, Alberta, T4M 4M8) or to the Red Deer Hospice Society (99 Arnot Ave, Red Deer, AB, T4R 3S6).
