MITCHELL, Wm. Ronald "Ron" April 21, 1918 - October 10, 2008 Ron Mitchell passed away peacefully at the age of 90 years. He touched the lives of many and will be sadly missed by his family and friends who were fortunate enough to have known him. Ron was born and raised in Calgary where he attained his Chartered Accountant designation. He was an avid golfer, scoring two hole in ones and enjoyed playing bridge. Ron was a devout Rotarian volunteering for many worthy causes and received the Paul Harris Fellow medal. He was also proud of his service with the Canadian Armed Forces during WWII. Cremation has taken place. A private family gathering will be held.
