MOE 1921 - 2008 Marie Louise Moe (nee Dandurand) of Red Deer passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on January 16, 2008 at the age of 87 years. Marie Louise volunteered for many service groups on a variety of duties. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary for the Royal Canadian Legion in Red Deer, Royal Purple Lady, Senior Shuffleboard, Senior Bowling League, Pines Lodge - Senior Board of Director, Secretary/Treasurer. She was always willing to volunteer for many causes throughout Red Deer. Marie Louise will be lovingly remembered by one daughter, Shirley (Harvey) Cormier of Albuquerque, New Mexico, three sons; Charles (Barbara) Moe of St. Albert, Harry (Mary-Jane) Moe of Lacombe and Douglas (Elfie) Moe of Red Deer as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and many special friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Wilford Vernon Moe and her sisters; Eva, Laura, Leah and Theresa. Those wishing to pay their respects to Mrs. Marie Louise Moe can do so at the Red Deer Funeral Home (6150 - 67 Street) on Saturday, January 19, 2008 between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. or on Sunday, January 20, 2008 between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. A Funeral Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Moe will be held at the Red Deer Funeral Home on Monday, January 21, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. with Father Don Stein officiating. Interment will follow at the Alto-Reste Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully accepted and those wishing to make a donation in memory of Mrs. Moe can do so to the charity of one's choice.
