Myrtle RAABIS

RAABIS, Myrtle Myrtle Alice, beloved wife of Arthur, of Calgary, founders of the Rainbow Trailer Park, Sylvan Lake AB, passed away at the Rosedale Hospice on Tuesday, November 23, 2004 at the age of 87 years after a courageous battle with cancer. Besides her loving husband, Myrtle will be dearly missed by her son David of Brentwood Bay BC, and daughter Marion (Larry) Watt of Houston, TX; seven grandchildren Shelly Watt, Jodi (Tom) Richardson, Jennifer Watt, Kerry (Allison) Ross, Steven Ross, Michael (Donna) Ross and Jonathan (Tanja) Ross; nine great grandchildren Jaden, Carter, Zachary, Jonas, Kaylee, Justin and Brenden Ross, Tanner Richardson and Spencer Hill (Watt); a brother Grant (Sharen) Erickson, three sisters-in-law, Phyllis Erickson, Mary Bardenhagen and Clara Bremner; as well as many loving nieces and nephews. Myrtle was predeceased by her daughter Kaye (John) Ross, sister Hazel (Pete) Bobye, brother Gordon Erickson, mother, Minnie Sunell, and her father Fred Erickson. Myrtle's kind, gentle, thoughtful ways will leave, forever, an imprint on all who came to know and love her. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of Mountain View Funeral Home, on Saturday, November 27, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. A Graveside Service will follow. If so desired, a memorial tribute may be made in Myrtle's name directly to the Rosedale Hospice (920 - 7A Street N.W., Calgary, Alberta, T2M 3J3). To e-mail expressions of sympathy:
