NESCAR It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of Sandy Harold Bernard Nescar of Red Deer on May 19, 2006 at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre with his family by his side. Sandy was 85 years old. He will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered by his wife of 57 years, Tillie; one daughter Vienna (Ross) Lander of Nanaimo, B.C., as well a numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Sandy proudly served in WWII with the Royal Canadian Navy. He will be remembered as a kind and gentle man whose desire to help others came naturally. Sandy was predeceased by four brothers and two sisters In accordance to his wishes, no memorial service will be held. For those wishing to do so, in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Sandy Nescar may be made directly to S.T.A.R.S (Box 570, 1441 Aviation Park NE, Calgary, AB T2E 8M7), or to the charity of one's choice.
