MILLIGAN Theodore Donald Theodore passed away suddenly in Red Deer on July 1, 2008. Ted was born Dec. 19, 1927 in Chinook, Alberta, the youngest of 8 children to William and Sara Milligan. Survived by step-sons Robert and William of Pincher Creek and Lynn Davis of Red Deer as well as their families and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Rhea, in 2005. Ted enjoyed his time at Parkvale Lodge with both staff and residents. No service by request. Donations to Arthritis Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation
