PENNER - Paul Henry 1930 – 2006 Paul Henry Penner, beloved husband of Mrs. Sylvianne (Forsythe), of Calgary, passed away peacefully at home in Calgary, AB, on Monday, October 23, 2006 at the age of 76 years. Paul was born on August 24, 1930 in Morden, MB. Paul was well known in the construction industry having worked in Churchill, Winnipeg, MooseJaw, Regina, Swift Current, Calgary, Red Deer, and Hamilton. He was self-employed with Paul Penner Construction and Campbell Construction in Calgary with some big projects such as bridges, and retired in 1992 to Calgary. Besides his loving wife Sylvianne, Paul is survived by four children and their spouses, Robert and Rose, Peter and Val, Richard, and Beth and Derrick Stokes; four grandchildren Robert Jr.,Reese, Desirae and Brittanie; two brothers and a sister-in-law, John and Jean, Ernie, two sisters and a brother-in-law, Elizabeth and George Jensen, and Helen Penner, and many nieces and nephews; two sisters-in-law, Eleanor and Betty. Paul was predeceased by his parents, Elizabeth (nee Jenzen) and John J. Penner of Portage la Prairie, MB; brothers, Peter and Alfred.
