Phyllis AMMETER

AMMETER Phyllis Margaret Ammeter passed away peacefully on January 6, 2007 at the Red Deer Hospital. She was born on March 13, several years ago in Vancouver, B.C. She grew up there and then attended Vancouver College. She worked in Vernon and Vancouver then was transferred to Calgary where she worked for the Mannix Company. In 1966 she married and moved to the “farm” where she "quickly learned" a new lifestyle. She was predeceased by her father Frank Brewer; mother Margaret (Peggy) and brother Bob. Phyllis is survived by her loving husband Norm, son Bryan, daughter Susan and grandson Dwight. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church in Sylvan Lake, 5033 47 A Avenue, on Friday, January 12, 2007 @ 1 p.m. with Celebrant Reverend Father Paul Moret. Cremation entrusted to Rocky Mountain Crematorium. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions in Phyllis's memory may be made to The Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta , the Lung Association or to a charity of the donor's choice.
