Mr. Reinhold Knopp passed away peacefully, with his loving family by his side, on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the age of 85 years. While our hearts are sad, we are happy that he has gone onto his new home living with Jesus! Reinhold loved his family, his Lord and helping anyone who needed it. Our loss is Heaven's gain and he is having a wonderful reunion with loved ones.
Remaining to honor his life and cherish his memory are his wife of sixty-two years, Ann; his children, Larry (Sharron), Don, and Debbie (Wally); three grandchildren, Devon (Saraha), Lisa (Josh) and Srdan; and five great grandchildren.
He will also be sadly missed by two brothers, Edward and Arnold, both of Calgary, Alberta; as well as many other relatives and wonderful friends. Reinhold was predeceased by his parents, Edward and Ida, a sister, Rose, a brother, Wilfred, a step sister, Carol and a daughter-in-law, Marta.
A Funeral Service will be held at the Parkland Funeral Home, 6287 - 67A Street (Taylor Drive), Red Deer, Alberta on Friday, November 24, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. If desired, Memorial Donations in Reinhold's honour may be made directly to the Red Deer Hospice at www.reddeerhospice.com.
Reinhold's family is so grateful for the compassionate loving care that the Hospice staff gave to Reinhold.
