DODD Robert (Bob) Hall Aug. 16, 1921 - Jan. 3, 2008 It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of Bob Dodd. Bob passed away peacefully at home with his loving wife at his side. Bob is survived by Muriel, his loving wife of 61 years. He is also survived by three sons Allen (Terri) of Red Deer, Barri (Annette) of Calgary, Doug of Kelowna, and his daughter Wendy (Tom) of Calgary. Also one sister, Eleanor of Eureka, Montana, 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Bob was born in Jenner, AB to Irving and Sarah Dodd. He was predeceased by his parents, twin brother, Richard, and sister, Margaret. Bob farmed in the Joffre area and retired in Red Deer. Golfing, cards, dancing, curling, and visiting family and friends were among Bob's greatest pleasures. In celebration of Bob's life, a memorial tea will be held on January 9, 2008 at the BPOE (Elks Hall) 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm at 6315 Horn St., Red Deer (corner of Taylor Dr. and Horn St.). Lunch will be provided. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the AB Lung Association or the AB Heart Association.
