PIERCE, ROBERT "BOB" Bob went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, February 11, 2007. Survived by his loving wife of 54 years Helen, of Innisfail, Alberta and children Dale Pierce (Phyllis) of Camrose, AB, Linda Snelgrove (Wilf) of Sylvan Lake, AB, Laura Pierce of Mattawa, Ontario and Jim Pierce of Westlock, AB. Bob will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Rob Snelgrove (Denielle), James Snelgrove (Jo) and Alex Pierce; his great grandchildren Taylor, Joel, Chasten, Kennedi, and Mattea. He is also survived by his sisters Edna McNeil, Dorothy Spiers and Verda Jasper (Noel) and one brother Jim (Verna). He will be missed by many friends from Winnipeg, Rocky Mountain House, Grande Cache, Edmonton, Red Deer and Innisfail. Predeceased by his father Reverend Gordon Pierce and his mother Clara; his sisters Myrtle Barker, Marjorie Johnson, Bea Barrs and brothers Wesley and William. Special thanks to the Doctors and Nursing staff at the Red Deer Regional Hospital, Unit 32, as well as the many visitors who made his last days special. Viewing will take place Thursday, February 15, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Innisfail Church of the Nazarene, followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00 P.M. Cremation entrusted to Rocky Mountain Crematorium.
