QUARTLY, Ronald William Mr. Ronald William Quartly, beloved husband of Mrs. Evelyn Quartly of Penhold, Alberta, passed away peacefully at the Red Deer Nursing Home on Tuesday, September 14, 2004 at the age of 61 years. Ron was born on January 18, 1943 at Rimbey, Alberta. Ron leaves to mourn his loss his loving wife, Evelyn of Penhold, his son, Leon of Red Deer, his daughter, Nola and her husband, Steve Brewster of Penhold, his grandchildren, Evan and Nadine Brewster, and Ron's five brothers, two sisters and their families. Ron was predeceased by his parents, Cyril and Myrtle Quartly and an infant sister, Joan. A Graveside Service will be held at the Horn Hill Cemetery, Penhold, Alberta on Monday, September 20, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. with The Reverend Bob Shields officiating. If desired, Memorial Donations in Ron's honour may be made directly to the Canadian Cancer Society, 4730A Ross Street, Red Deer, Alberta, T4N 1X2 or to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, 4322 - 52nd Avenue, Red Deer, Alberta, T4N 4J9.
