THOMPSON Ronda Lou Thompson (nee Liska) January 27, 1965 - May 3, 2006. Ronda died tragically in an auto accident 1 mile from her home. Ronda was laid to rest with her loving family present with her Grandfather at Hillcrest Cemetery, Fort Assiniboine, Alberta on May 8, 2006. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Ken Thompson and her three sons; Dustin, Arin and Logan, her parents, George and Betty Lou Liska, one brother, Rick (Melanie) Baker and her sister, Barb (Ed) Hogan. She is also survived by her grandmother, Yvonne LaBerge, parents-in-law, Orville and Betty Thompson and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and a vast number of friends. Ronda was predeceased by her grandpa, Leonard LaBerge. You can shed tears that she is gone, or you can smile because she has lived. You can close your eyes and pray that she'll come back, or you can open your eyes and see all she has left. Your heart can be empty because you can’t see her, or can be full of love you shared with her. You can turn your back on tomorrow and live for yesterday, or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. You can remember her and deny that she is gone, or you can cherish her memory and let it live on. You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back, or you can do what she would want, SMILE open your eyes and go on.
