Rosalie SYBULKA

SYBULKA, Rosalie Mrs. Rosalie Caroline Sybulka, beloved wife of Mr. Henry Sybulka of Red Deer, passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Wednesday, August 11, 2004 at the age of 59 years. Rosalie was born on April 20, 1945 at Red Deer, Alberta. She lived in Red Deer area throughout her entire life, graduating from Lindsey Thurber Comprehensive High School. Rosalie worked for Red Deer Packers, Eatons and also for Trader's Finance, as an accountant. She loved reading, and was very talented at making hand crafted painted plates. She really enjoyed a challenge and only the hardest crossword puzzles would interest Rosalie. Deep in her heart was a true appreciation and a special love of nature and the outdoors. She loved the beauty and loveliness of the trees and listening to the quiet rustling of their leaves in the wind. To Rosalie, nature was a gift meant to be treasured and protected. Most of all, Rosalie loved her family and had a very special place in her heart for her grandchildren. Rosalie will be very sadly missed but lovingly remembered and forever cherished in the hearts of her family and dear friends. Rosalie leaves to mourn her loss, her loving husband of thirty-six years, Henry, daughter, Laurie Pellerin of Red Deer and two grandchildren, Micheal and Jessa Pellerin. She will also be sadly missed by her sister, Bonnie (Jim) Potter of Delburne, Alberta, her brother, Fred Plumb of Red Deer and her mother-in-law, Mabel Sybulka of Andrew, Alberta, her nieces, Krystle Plumb, Rachael Plumb and Holly Plumb and her nephews, Vance Potter and Aaron Plumb, as well as numerous other relatives and dear friends. Rosalie was predeceased by her father, Fred Plumb, Sr. in 1989, her mother, Gladys Plumb in 1998 and her grandfather, Herman Lowe. A Celebration of Rosalie's Life will be held at Eventide Funeral Chapels, 4820 - 45th Street, Red Deer, Alberta on Saturday, August 14, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Alto-Reste Cemetery, Red Deer, Alberta.
