CULLEY Stephen Surrounded by his loving family, Stephen Culley passed away November 11, in Ottawa of cancer, at the age of 56. Dear husband of Betty Jean O'Riordan, father to Sarah and Brian and with a large extended family. Graduating from Carleton University, Stephen served for 30 years with the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs with postings abroad in England, Costa Rica, Hungary, Sweden, Poland, Italy and Syria. Funeral services were held in Ottawa on November 15. Interment was at the Anglican Cemetery in Abercorn, Quebec. mcgarryfamily.ca
