LUKINUK Thomas John Lukinuk of Innisfail, passed away at Foothills Hospital July 20, 2005 after suffering a massive heart attack at the age of 67. He leaves to mourn his loss, his loving wife Linda, four children Laura, Lance Lorretta (Louis VanAmelsvoort), Thomas (Laura Levy) all of Innisfail, and the true love of his life his beautiful grand daughter Mackenzie VanAmelsvoort. Also brother Jerry (Bev) from Winfield, three sisters Mary (Vic) Cheropita, Gladys and Liz of Sherwood Park. Tom was predeceased by his parents Jack and Nora, two brothers Bill and Vern. At Tom's request no service will be held, Cremation entrusted to Heartland Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Stars Ambulance, Foothills C.I.C.U., or donation of choice.
