WILLCOCKS, Thomas Joseph Willcocks AKA "BAILEY" passed away December 2, 2006 at the age of 28. He is survived by his loving fiance Liana Duncan; daughter Shayndel and twin sons; Cameron and Brandon. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2007 at 1:00 pm at the Chapel of Spring Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, B.C.
