VENIEZ Oct. 18, 1934 - May 25, 2008 Gerry Veniez passed away peacefully at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on May 25, 2008. Gerry is survived by his loving wife Dora; daughters Louise Hilla-Metro (Donnie and children), Helen Dewell (Rod and children); sister Doreen Moore (Keith and family). He was predeceased by his wife Fran and his parents. A special thanks to the kind and compassionate care given by the staff at the Palliative Care Unit of the Red Deer Regional Hospital. A Celebration of Life will be held at Woody Nook Christian Reformed Church (13km on Hwy 12 West of Lacombe to Woodynook Road South for 3km, Church is on right hand side) on Thursday, May 29, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Placement of Gerry's cremated remains in the City of Fort Saskatchewan Cemetery will take place Friday, May 30, 2008.
