GORDON Virginia Anna (Nee Gimbel) Virginia A. Gordon passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at the age of 87 years. Virginia will be lovingly remembered by her three sons; Arthur (Shirley) Gordon of Edmonton, Charles (Linda) Gordon of Rimbey, Allan (Janice) Gordon of Red Deer, two daughters, Ruth Morton of Fort Nelson, BC, and Donna (Joe) Cunnington of Ponoka. Virginia’s memory will be cherished by her 16 grand children, and 29 great grand children. Virginia also leaves to mourn her brother, Vernon (Doreen) Gimbel of Lacombe her sister, Mavis (Gus) Weisner of Sundre and sister-in-law, Geraldine Gordon of Sylvan Lake. Virginia was predeceased by her husband, Albert Gordon, son, Robert Gordon, her sister, Violet Polishuk, her brother, Norman Gimbel and two grandsons, Michael Gordon and Daniel Gordon. A Memorial Service will be held at the Lacombe Memorial Centre (102-5214-50 Ave. Lacombe, AB, T4L 0B6) on Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow at the Lacombe Cemetery.
