January 6, 2007

JOST We are heartbroken to announce that Brendan Robert Jost, born May 5, 1989, died suddenly December 20, 2006. He is the beloved son of Robert and Denise and best friend and brother to Evan. He is survived by his beloved Grammy, Joan Parakin, his adored uncles, Lyndon, Duane and Roger Parakin; his aunties, Paula and Lynda love him very much. His special Grandparents Strarmama and Strarata, Toni and Myron Jost, Grand Uncle and Aunt Lois and Ivanka Grimsic and his Aunt and Uncle Patty and Dean Trimble and Aunt and Uncle Jackie and Andre Van Kessell will miss him very much. Brendan will be remembered with love by a special Aunt and Uncle in England, Gill and Colin Fay; cousins, Nick and Sue Fay, Joelle Gay and his bestest buddy, Benbo. Brendan had a loving and fun way with little children and his cousins John, Joelle, Liam, Kye, Paula, Shauna, Kelsey, Paige, Jacqueline, Ashley, Cassie, Chantel and Anna will miss his jokes and games and the awesome tricks he did on the trampoline. He will be welcomed in heaven by his Grandad, John Parakin. We know he was helped on his journey by his Great Grandma Rose who died hours before him. Brendan had many friends. He touched people with his crooked smile, his wicked laugh and his willingness to try anything. We will miss him and love him forever. A Celebration of Brendan's life will be held at St. Andrews United Church on Friday, January 5, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. If friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association at 328 Capital Place, 9707-110 St. Edmonton, AB T5K 2L9.
