VANCISE Wilhelmina (Elma) A. Vancise of Red Deer passed away at age 92. Elma was predeceased by her beloved husband James A. Vancise, parents Alfred and Mary Elder, a brother Alfred J. Elder, Uncle John Bell, brother-in-law Russell Ledingham, nephew Urban Woodard, brother-in-law Gordon and wife Violet Vancise Fraser, Francis Vancise, Neil and wife Doris Vancise and Donald Cusak. Elma is survived by her brothers James J. Elder and Kenneth W. and wife Loris Elder. Survived by sisters Flora Cusack and May C. Ostlund and husband W.H., Bill and sister-in-law Mary H. Elder. She is also survived by six nephews and three nieces and Jim's six nephews and two nieces and their families. Thanks to Dr. Reimer and all the other doctors and all the nurses and her business associates who assisted her and who all were so kind. A special thanks to a friend and caregiver Cecilia Blair and Ron who helped her so much, and to Lea Hebert who also was a big help. Home Care was a great help to her. Thank You. Elma enjoyed visiting with friends and neighbours. She felt blessed to have such a supportive, caring family who kept in touch by visits and phone calls. Cremation entrusted with Eventide Funeral Home. No funeral requested.
