Willard GRAHAM

GRAHAM Willard Robert Graham passed away on February 15, 2007 at the age of 80 years. He was born in 1926 in Osgoode Township Carleton Co. Ontario. He leaves to mourn his loving wife and best friend Dorothy Graham. They would have celebrated 50 years of marriage on March 8, 2007. He is also survived by his five sons; Richard (Donna) of St. Albert, Stewart (Carolyn) of Olds, Jim (Pauletta) of Elnora, Scott (Janice) of Pine Lake and Andrew of Calgary; one granddaughter Danielle of Penhold and seven grandsons Robert of Fort St. John, Bradley of Elnora, Justin of Penhold, Dylan of Edmonton, Darren of Red Deer and Shayne of Elnora; one brother Mervin (Cecilia)of Calgary; one sister Lilliss (Lloyd) of Brandon Manitoba; sister-in-law Elizabeth (Bill) of Dauphin Manitoba; brother-in-law Ted Archbold Jr (Wendy) of Camrose and all his very special nephews and nieces. Willard spent time in the drilling sector of the oil business from 1948-1960. He worked in Portugal for Mobil Oil from 1957-1959. Upon returning to Canada, he bought a farm in the Elnora district, raised cattle and consulted in the oilfield on the side. They moved to Innisfail to retire. Willard drew up the plans for their house and they enjoyed 10 years of working on their yard, the pond, special holidays and riding horses in the mountains with friends and family. Willard was predeceased by his father Percy and his mother Lulu of Russell Ontario; brother Eldred (Jacqualine) of Valemont B.C.; brother Bevis (Verla) of Winchester Ontario; father-in-law Ted Archbold Sr. and mother-in-law Virgie Archbold of Camrose. A funeral service will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #104 Innisfail, Alberta on Tuesday February 20, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Donations can be made to Stars or Friends of the Eastern Slopes. As a memorial tribute to Willard Graham a tree will be planted in the Tree Memorial Park (Innisfail) by HEARTLAND FUNERAL SERVICES LTD.
