NOVAK With great sadness, we announce that our father, Gerald Malcolm Novak, born December 10, 1951, passed away August 17, 2006. He is survived by his children Raeleen, Erin & Bryan; his mother, Cassie; numerous brothers & sisters & many relatives & friends, as well as Deborah with whom he shared a very special relationship. Our father is a great & very charismatic man. He was always there when we scraped our knees with a hug or a kick from behind when we needed to be propelled forward. Any time a bad situation would arise he'd find a humorous way to turn it around. He is and always will continue to be an inspiration to us. He will be sorely missed. A service will be held at St. Luke's Anglican Church 4929-54 St., Red Deer, on Thursday, August 24, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. A tea will be held after at the Church Hall. Donations can be made to Canadian Mental Health.
