Coach for FISU


RDC volleyball Kings head coach Aaron Schulha has been named as one of the assistant coaches with Team Canada for the 2009 World Universiade (FISU) Games, which is slated for July 2-12 in Belgrade, Serbia.

The Games are open to competitors between the ages of 17-28, who are full time post-secondary students or have graduated from a post-secondary institution within the previous year of the event. The top athletes are invited to a selection camp, April 30-May 3, in Gatineau, Que. The camp will select both the senior A and FISU teams. A number of former RDC Kings will be involved in the camp, including Dallas Soonias, Nicolas Cundy, Mark Dodds, Gavin Schmitt. Tim Gourlay and Andrew Tallas.
