Queens shutout by MacEwan Griffins
EDMONTON — The RDC Queens obviously can’t stand success.
Two days after recording their first win of the Alberta Colleges Women’s Hockey League season — a 3-1 win over the Grant MacEwan University Griffins — the Queens dropped a 4-0 decision to the Griffins Saturday.
The loss left the RDC team in last place in the league with a 1-5 record while GMU sits at 1-3.
The Queens return to action Thursday against the Mount Royal University Cougars at 7 p.m. at the Arena.
