The Olds Grizzlys lost twice on the weekend in Alberta Junior Hockey League play.

The Grizzlys lost 4-1 to the Drumheller Dragons on Jan. 20. The Grizzlys fell behind 3-0 before a power play goal from Landon Gross put them on the board in the third period. Ben Giesbrecht made 37 saves in the loss.

On Sunday, the Grizzlys lost 1-0 at home to the Fort McMurray Oil barons. Andrew Henderson made 35 saves on the night, but the Oil Barons early third period goal proved to be the difference.
