The RDC Kings moved one step closer to securing an Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference men’s soccer playoff spot Saturday.

RDC played to a draw with the Lethbridge College Kodiaks and now have a record of 6-3-2 and 20 points. That has them two points up on the Olds College Broncos, with the final regular-season game for both programs Sunday. RDC will host the Medicine Hat Rattlers, while the Broncos square off with the SAIT Trojans.

Jacob Hamilton pitched the shutout in net for the Kings with four saves.

The RDC Queens were shutout 7-0 by the Kodiaks Saturday and were eliminated from playoff contention. They finish the year Sunday at noon against the Rattlers.
