Three players named to major bantam all-star game

Ronan Seeley, Brett Meerman and Noach Danielson get the nod

Three members of the Red Deer Rebels team were named south all-stars in the Alberta Midget Major Bantam AAA League.

Ronan Seeley, Brett Meerman and Noach Danielson got the nod for the 27th annual AMBHL All-Star Game that takes place on Jan. 14 at the Pason Centennial Arena in Okotoks.

Danielson currently sits third in league scoring with 24 goals and 30 assists in 26 games this season. He is just two points behind the league leader Ridly Greig of the Lethbridge Golden Hawks. Danielson was also named AMBHL WHL Prospect of the Month for November.

Meerman also has 24 goals this season to go along with 20 assists in 26 games, which has him in 10th overall in league scoring.

Seeley is a defenceman for the Rebels and has five goals and 25 assists so far this season.
