Workers attach exterior wall panels to one of the main buildings at the new City of Red Deer Civic Yards on Monday. Various city departments are taking their turn moving into the new facilities located along Riverside Drive near Three Mile Bend Recreation area. By the Summer about 500 workers will be working in the new location.
