Part of the fun at the 2nd annual Asparagus Festival at the Edgar Farms west of Innisfail was learning about the growing, harvesting and storing of asparagus.
There was also host of other activities that visitors could indulge in during their visit. Here left to right, Doug Edgar, Cheri Konsmo and Helen Carr demonstrate how asparagus is harvested using an asparagus buggy.
