The commercial offerings at Sylvan Lake’s Beju Industrial Park continues to grow.

Worth Developments is developing a nearly 20,000-square-foot building at 25 Beju Industrial Dr., with bays ranging from 500 to 9,900 square feet available for lease or purchase.

“It’s a highway commercial building that can be restaurants, office space, retails space — it pretty much covers the whole gamut,” said Blair Morris, a partner in Worth Developments and a Realtor with Royal LePage Network Realty in Sylvan Lake.

Morris said nearly half of the two-storey building has already been sold, but it’s too soon to identify the buyers.

“It’s a really exciting business,” he said of one.

He expects the building to be ready for occupant improvements by August.

Morris also plans to develop the adjacent site to the south, at 25 Beju Industrial Dr.

“We’re going to try to do a free-standing building in the front of the lot,” he said, adding that plans call for a second building behind.

Morris said bays in the second project will also be available for sale or lease. He anticipates a construction start early in 2015.
