A specialty builder and renovator in Red Deer has received the New Home Buyers’ Choice Award for Central Alberta.
Bowood Inc. accumulated the highest marks in the Alberta New Home Warranty Program competition, which surveyed customers of home builders from across the province. A winner was chosen for each region, with judging criteria including home readiness, service, construction, workmanship, value and design, among others.
The next highest scores in this region went to Canada West Homes Ltd. and Avalon Central Alberta Ltd.
Founded in 1983, Bowood’s operating partners are Boman Husted and Susan Knopp.
