A ConCreate USL crew clears snow from the west lane of the 49th Avenue bridge on Friday. Work on the bridge’s three lanes and traffic retaining walls should have been finished by now, but the onset of winter weather delayed the sealing of the traffic lanes’ new concrete. The company hopes the return of warmer temperatures next week will allow it to finish the job.
