Building takes shape

Construction workers attach a wooden beam to the corner of a new commercial and residential building downtown Thursday. The four-storey, $8-million building at the 49th Avenue and 46th Street intersection will have 22,200 square feet on the first two floors, and one- and two-bedroom dwelling units above. Developer Anderson Builders Group 1989 Inc. of Edson anticipates it ready for occupancy next summer.
