CARMA is offering three January workshops featuring Donald Carmont, a Toronto-based training and development specialist who has presented on a variety of business topics to members of more than 10,000 organizations.

On Jan. 25, he’ll cover two subjects at the Stettler Legion. He’ll discuss tools and techniques to get more done, balance work and life, and deal with workplace stress; and he’ll address leadership skills that promote employee development and retention.

Then on Jan. 26, Carmont will be at the Black Knight Inn in Red Deer, where he’ll provide a more comprehensive presentation on time and stress management. The next day he’ll return to the Black Knight Inn to take a more detailed look at leadership skills for employee development and retention.

Each event will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the cost $75 for CARMA members and $115 for non-members.

There is also an evening dinner session scheduled for Jan. 26 at the Black Knight Inn, where Carmont will participate in a round-table discussion and mentoring session. Attendance at this event is restricted to CARMA members, with each receiving one free ticket but required to pay $30 per person for additional attendees.
