A city Electric, Light and Power crew lowers a new underground transformer into place behind the Ross Street Parsons Clinic as another crane lifts lumber to the top of Executive Place Sunday.
With downtown traffic volumes very low, Sunday is often the best day to partially close busy roads like 49th Avenue to enable such work to be done safely and quickly.
