Fay Robinson of Valentine Commercial Painting, left, finishes a wall portion near the entrance of Westerner Park’s new Donald Administration Building Tuesday. Despite the last minute work to finish the $3-million, 12,600 square foot structure, park administrative staff moved in over the weekend, saying goodbye to the cramped quarters they shared in the modular building with two additions that served as their offices for years. The building, named in honour of Jack and Joan Donald’s $1.5-million donation, is part of an extensive campaign to improve park facilities.
