Freshii CFO resigns to pursue new job, eatery to start search for new executive

TORONTO — Freshii Inc. says its chief financial officer will leave the company early next month.

The eatery says Craig De Pratto informed the company he will resign to pursue another opportunity.

De Pratto joined the company in 2014 and will stay in his role until May 10.

Freshii says it will start a formal search for a new CFO.

CEO Matthew Corrin says in a statement that he and the board of directors thank De Pratto for his contributions, commitment and leadership.

Freshii opened its first store in 2005 and has since grown to nearly 440 locations in 16 countries.
