Thanks for your business.” An official with the company, who did not want to be identified, said the closure occurred about a week ago. He added that the business’s inventory, including parts, had been liquidated over an extended period and that staff was aware of the plan. The official said the decision to close was motivated in part by the challenging nature of the RV industry, which was exacerbated by the economic downturn. He also noted that the number of dealers in the region has increased over the years. Great West RV, which was located at 4340 Hwy 12 East, operated for about 12 years. It’s referring its former customers to Sunrise RV Parts & Service Inc. for servicing.
