Outbound Productions, which organizes the Central Alberta Career and Job Fair for Alberta Employment and Immigration, is offering employers another opportunity to sharpen their hiring skills.
The event management company conducted a Job Fair Secrets Workshop in Red Deer on Thursday, with career development specialist Kristen Cumming offering tips and advice about job fair recruitment. A second such workshop is now planned for Olds on Feb. 17.
Scheduled to run from 8:30 to 11 a.m. at the Ralph Klein Centre (4500 50th St.), the Olds workshop will again feature a presentation by Cumming. Attendance is free, but registration is limited to two representatives per organization.

The Central Alberta Career and Job Fair is held every spring and fall in Red Deer. The 2011 spring fair will take place March 22 at the Capri Centre.
