Nevada Bob’s Golf is advertising a closing sale, with all inventory to be sold. A staff member at the store in Southpointe Common Phase 2 confirmed that the local shop is closing, but declined to comment further.

JKL Golf Corp Inc. opened the Red Deer Nevada Bob’s in May 2005.

Another Nevada Bob’s store that previously operated in the city had closed a few years earlier.

The Forzani Group bought JKL Golf Corp.’s assets, which included the Red Deer and six others in Calgary and Toronto, in 2006.

Late last year, golf equipment giant Golf Town opened a 14,500-square-foot store at 5111 22nd St.
