Due to all the road construction along 32nd Street in front of Red Deer College, a new sign prohibiting a right turn off of 32nd Street onto College Circle during a red light has been strapped to the traffic light standard. Here, City of Red Deer employee Jason Richards makes sure the straps holding the sign in place are tight enough.
